Very disappointing experience : useless guide, no music, no team efforts so guests can mingle, and very poor explanations. Owner Enrique told me he will bring a wetsuit for me, but they did not provide any! The guide, however, had 2 wetsuits while all clients were freezing in the water . We were a party of 4 going for the day to Santa Fe. The “guide “ Didn’t explain anything about the species no guidance on anything. So many things could’ve been done better but they were amateurs and showed they don’t care at all about our pleasure or experience.No communication on what to expect or how to get the most of the day. No one from the crew made any effort to create an ambiance or to have people mingle . They played 1 song and we expressed our enthusiasm: they shut the music and that was it: 2 songs!
